Sharon Cleveland has been a longtime exercise enthusiast enjoying Yoga, weight training, power walking and cardio workouts.  Sharon found Pilates while searching for a program that offered a “gentler”, more encompassing way to condition and increase strength.  In 2002, Sharon began working with Janice Stark Gill to further advance her Pilates training.  

Driven by her love of Pilates, she began the teacher- training program to prepare her for certification with Core Dynamics.  Sharon completed her certification including all four levels, as well as 450 hours of observation, teacher training, assisting, and anatomy classes. 

Sharon is a graduate of Ohio University with a BA in communication is a member of The Pilates Method Alliance and continues to work in the retail industry.
