Relaxation Massage

A smooth, gentle, light to medium pressure that is designed to de-stress and loosen up the body by using slow strokes, light kneading along with slight manipulation.  This is the perfect massage for someone who is looking into massage for the first time or for someone who is in need of bringing their stress level down.  Relaxation massage also helps with anxiety, insomnia and effectiveness of the body's immune system.

Therapeutic Massage

The use of multiple modalities and techniques such as Trigger Point, Positional Release, Muscle Energy Technique, Myofascial Release, Passive Resistant Movement, Active Resistant Movement and Neuromuscular Massage.  All of these modalities help release the muscle off the bone, removes tension and lactic acid and increases blood and lymph circulation.

Deep Tissue Massage

A form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue.

Please Note: *Deep Tissue is not a therapeutic firm pressure.  It is a deliberate form of manipulation to inflame the muscle releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motion and lingering injuries.
* Open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you are not too uncomfortable.
* Some soreness and bruising is common after this treatment.

30 Minute Fast Tension Relief

Using a massage tool, this session relieves muscle soreness and stiffness, while promoting circulation and improving range of motion.   It helps accelerate warm up and recovery.
