Our 55 minute Pilates Reformer class utilizes the most recognizable Pilates apparatus to provide a low-impact, full-body workout. The Reformer uses spring-based resistance in a variety of positions, from lying down, kneeling, standing, and sitting to create a strong core and sculpted, balanced body.

Pilates Fusion is a 55 minute group class that gives you a little bit of everything. You can expect to use props, equipment, and Pilates mat exercises throughout class, where you'll get a taste of the entire Pilates experience.
