Payment

All group and private sessions require pre-registration and advance payment in full. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (Discover, Visa, Master Card, and American Express). The client is responsible for fees associated with any returned check. Gift certificates are available.

​Refund Policy

All sales are final.  Private, duet and class packages are non-refundable, but may be transferred to immediate family members with the same household.  Please note all packages must be used within the time frame outlined on our website.

Group Class Cancellation​

All packages have expiration dates. Barring illness or situational emergency, BodyWave will be holding to those expiration dates.  To avoid being charged for the class, please cancel at least 12 hours in advance by removing yourself from the class, calling the studio or contacting your instructor.  ​

 

No Shows for class will result in the client being charged in full for the class, losing that class from their package.

​Private & Duet Session Cancellations

No shows for private or duet appointments will be charged in full.  To avoid being charged a $25 late cancellation fee, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance by calling the studio or contacting your instructor.​

​

​Arrival

All sessions and classes are 55 minutes. Plan to arrive at least five minutes before the scheduled class time. Sessions cannot be extended due to late start time.​

​

Grip Socks

Grip socks are required for all classes. If you forget your pair, we sell socks at our studio!​
