Janice Gill
Janice Stark Gill is co-owner of BodyWave Pilates Studio. She is a certified Pilates instructor through the nationally recognized Core Dynamics Teacher Training Program. She is also a trainer for the Pilates Core Integration Teacher Training Program with instruction at BodyWave Pilates Studio. Her professional affiliations include The Pilates Method Alliance and Balance Body University.
Janice was introduced to the Pilates Method as a dance major at The Ohio State University, where she graduated with a BFA in dance and choreography. She performed with the University Dance Company and has taught and choreographed in the Cleveland and Columbus areas.
In addition to her extensive ballet and modern dance background, she is an AFAA (Aerobic Fitness Association of America) certified fitness instructor and personal trainer. Janice has over 25 years of fitness and movement experience. For the past 16 years, she has devoted herself to instructing the Pilates Method and providing continuing education to new Pilates instructors.
Emily Panza
Emily Panza is co-owner of BodyWave Pilates Studio. She is a certified Pilates instructor through the nationally recognized Pilates Core Integration Teacher Training Program here at BodyWave Pilates Studio.
Emily holds a comprehensive Pilates certification through Pilates Core Integration. She discovered Pilates after a fitness-related injury necessitated alterations to her exercise regimen. She wanted an exercise program that toned the body, built lean muscle, and increased agility and flexibility, and Pilates was the perfect fit. Emily loved Pilates so much, she made a complete career change, becoming an instructor and eventually, an owner!
Prior to teaching Pilates, Emily worked in Strategic Marketing, Communications, and Business Development. Most recently, she ran her own small business, assisting local and regional companies, professional sports teams, and non-profit organizations. Emily has a BA from Penn State University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.



PAULA PADEREWESKI
Paula is a Nationally Certified Pilates instructor through the Pilates Core Integration program. She received her certification through Janice Stark Gill at BodyWave Pilates.
She believes Pilates can improve all aspects of life, especially the mind and body. Always learning, she strives to stay up to date with industry trends, while always staying true to the core Pilates values and Classical techniques.
Paula holds a diploma from the International Culinary Arts and Science Institute, with a focus on Pastry Arts.

VICTORIA SVENSSON
Hailing from Chicago with a background in nursing, Victoria Svensson brings keen physical assessment skills to her Pilates methodology, which she uses to tailor workouts to clients’ specific needs and goals. She has a passion for helping individuals find the mind-body connection and engage proper muscle groups to discover a heightened awareness of functional movement and how it can boost fitness. Her goal is to help individuals become stronger, more flexible, and feel energized.
Victoria Svensson came to Pilates to help manage chronic pain through a sustainable, low-impact exercise regimen. In doing so, she discovered that Pilates could improve her functional strength, giving her increased freedom of movement in her body. In just over a year, her experience with Pilates was so transformational that she wanted to pay it forward by becoming an instructor.
Victoria holds a certification in Mat and Reformer from Pilates Sports Center and has completed her comprehensive certification with BodyWave owners, Janice Stark Gill and Emily Panza.
