Hailing from Chicago with a background in nursing, Victoria Svensson brings keen physical assessment skills to her Pilates methodology, which she uses to tailor workouts to clients’ specific needs and goals. She has a passion for helping individuals find the mind-body connection and engage proper muscle groups to discover a heightened awareness of functional movement and how it can boost fitness. Her goal is to help individuals become stronger, more flexible, and feel energized.
Victoria Svensson came to Pilates to help manage chronic pain through a sustainable, low-impact exercise regimen.
