At BodyWave, we teach teach the body, not just a series of exercises. Our private sessions include a simple spinal assessment, as well as an introduction to the Pilates philosophy, terminology, and the different Pilates equipment. We want you to be familiar with your body’s strengths and needs to work correctly from the beginning to help formulate your personal goals, whether you’re looking to tone, increase core strength, or improve flexibility.
The introductory private package is recommended for new clients. It includes three private sessions at a special rate of $150.
